Color Commentary: DarkSeaGreen
Everyone loves the sea.
Who doesn’t love that salt in your hair and that Westernly ocean breeze! Well…there are people that live in the middle of rural Arkansas, so I guess this would then be the color of your local creek.
DarkSeaGreen has got that ocean feel that everyone wants. Can you hear the seagulls by simply just looking at this color? Snorkeling, swimming, scuba diving (ugh we need a vacation).
When you’re deep underwater and you open your eyes, this is what you will see.
We also think this color is also a little bit rugged and outdoorsy too. It’s that 1940’s land rover defender cruising through Northern Californian hills and forest, tearing through the mud. It’s tough, fun, and has a lot of character.
It can be a little bit vintage too. It’s the color of the lamp your roommate bought from Anthropologie that they keep asking whether you like it or not…and the answer is “yes”.
